FSC Welcomes New Engineering Technology Dean
Kenneth Lee to Lead School of Engineering Technology
After a comprehensive national search, Farmingdale State College (FSC) Senior Vice President and Provost Laura Joseph, EdD, today announced the appointment of Kenneth Lee, PhD, as the new dean of Farmingdale State College’s School of Engineering Technology. The appointment will be effective August 5, 2024.
Lee is an accomplished administrator who has previously served as dean of the Lance College of Mines and Engineering at Montana Technological University and as professor and founding chair of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Western New England University. He has held academic positions at both University of Massachusetts Lowell and Rutgers University and, after earning his PhD at the University of California at Irvine, was also a postdoctoral research associate at Princeton University.
