Eileen_magri

The Farmingdale Student Alumni Grant is awarded to a current student for the successful development of an entrepreneurial business plan. The goal is to provide a platform for entrepreneurial endeavors and professional growth for a deserving student while fostering a continued alumni connection with the student and their new business. First place comes along with a $2,000 cash prize. This year’s winner is Esther Sherry, an Interaction Design major and English minor junior who will be graduating next year, for her business plan presentation “Good Body Vibes”. Congratulations!

Esther is a Research Aligned Mentorship (RAM) Peer Mentor and Peer Leader Coordinator. In addition to her academic achievements at FSC, Esther is already an accomplished writer. She is the author of three e-books and has published a book of poetry titled, “All 4 One,” which can be found on Amazon. She also created and sold her own online Chakra Course.

In the future, Esther would like to “continue creating innovative technology that brings health and the community together in a practical and effective way.” She also has interstellar dreams of creating interactive technology that assists in space exploration and human collaboration.
